Our design and production facility is based to the north of London, in Bedfordshire with excellent transport links from the nearby M1 motorway. This ensures we are able to work with customers from all over the UK and in particular the South of England.

The BOA design team make use of the latest technologies and software to provide design drawings and specifications. Additionally we can advise on the latest electrical cabinet specifications and standards. This experience also enables us to provide a fast turnaround on quotations and proposals for all commercial enquiries.

Our skilled fabricators and welders work with mild steel, stainless steel, zintec, aluminium and plastics to deliver the optimum solution for any requirement. Our plant machinery includes a 3000mm guillotine, programmed Strippet machines, hydraulic press brakes, punch machines and equipment for mig, tig and pulse welding.

In addition to our design and manufacture facilities we are able to provide a complete powder coating service. Our facilities include degreasing, a manual spray booth and 3 metre box oven. We work with both polyester powders and epoxy polyester to provide a full range of finishes and colours to suit any requirement or design. All powder coated products are suitably packed to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition and we are dedicated to providing the very best service and quality.
