The team of skilled fabricators and welders can punch, fold, roll, press and weld to produce high quality products which can be supplied in either their natural finish or in a durable powder coated finish.

CAD
- Design support team with knowledge of latest electrical cabinet specifications and standards
- Ability to turn sketches into detailed design drawings using latest software

ALUMINIUM PRODUCTS
- Flashing, cappings and gutter sections folded to any shape using 2 power brake presses
- Perforated panels produced with range of perforations to meet customers requirements
- Skilled aluminium welders
ARCHITECTURAL METALWORK
- Process mild steel, stainless, zintec, aluminium and plastics producing both light gauge components and fabricated assemblies
- Skilled fabrication and welding staff
Production tooling including:
- Guillotine - 3000mm cutting length maximum 6mm mild steel
- 2 x FC1000 programmed Strippet machines with 6mm mild steel, 3mm stainless punching capacity and 3000mm x 1080mm maximum sheet size
- 1 x 120 ton by 3000mm folding length and 1 x 30 ton 2000mm folding length hydraulic press brakes
- Welding/cutting equipment for mig, tig, and plasmer
POWDER COATING
- Degreasing process, maunal spray booth and 3 metre box oven
- Powder coating in both polyester powders and epoxy polyester to give full range of finishes and colours
- Products suitably protected for delivery to customer or straight to site
- Delivery service using our dedicated vehicle
